Baby sister took me for lunch before my new flight back to Arizona, Loved this place, a French flare, souffles wine soups, service was fantastic! Appy was our server , she was so kind and efficient, very professional! When we left we were handed a little 1" square folded note card with a cute uplifting phrase and joke. This place is not cheap but absolutely love it! Everything was hand made to order. My first ever souffle! I had the south west chicken, french onion soup and an apple tart! See photos!

We love making this one of our go to spots for our special occasions. The atmosphere is always so lovely followed by the very special service we always receive. We love the seats around the inside/outside of the restaurant bc it makes you feel as if you were on a sidewalk cafe. The food is unique and delicious and there are specials according to the season. Enjoyable!

First time to rise souffle at Shops at Clearfork. What a wonderful surprise! Couldn’t decide which mimosa, so server suggested the mimosa flight. Perfect. I had the rise salad and the “marshmallow” soup. Delicious. Hubby had the Mac and Cheese souffle. Light and filling. Hot bread was amazing. We’ll be back!

Enjoyed dining al fresco at Rise for Happy Hour recently with our beautiful Spring weather. Service & food was excellent as usual. We tried their souffle of the month (Reeces). Yum! Best Happy Hour around with discounts on adult beverages and FREE appetizers, we opted for cheese plate). I LOVE RISE!!

After "firing" our first waitress (A____a), we met with Cariana, the manager. She assigned Appy to our table. Appy delivered the most outstanding service imaginable. She was a TEN in every aspect of her service. Our food was amazing, the atmosphere was incredible, and Appy was 100% en pointe. Rise was the perfect place for my bride of 48 years and I to celebrate our anniversary! Appy even held our hands and blessed our meal with beautiful Grace.

We had an excellent experience! Clem (Celn?) was so kind and helpful- ask for him! We went to celebrate my son's last day of school and it was such a nice treat. We're big fans of the happy hour!

Located in what feels like a nicer upscale location. Service was nice but the timing of some of the service was a bit off. We came as a party of 4 and got the Prix fixe as well as other options off the menu. The marshmallow soup is a warm and comfy tasting tomato soup with goat cheese in it. The cheese marshmallows were super soft and had a tender mouth feel for a cheese. Highly recommended and it goes great with their complimentary bread which seemed like a light and fluffy french bread. For the souffles, all of them were perfectly fluffy and almost melty with a nice crispy top. They actually held up well for a bit too and didn't deflate too fast. In terms of taste, the crab was recommended and while I think it was good I would only recommend it to those who enjoy crab cakes and seafood. Otherwise I preferred the mushroom truffle souffle or the tomato and basil souffle. The truffle flavor was very savory while the tomato basil is what I would describe as garden variety fresh. The spicy sausage one reminded me of a really good pizza roll. The apricot dessert souffle, pecan souffle and creme brulee were also very good. The souffle had a more eggy flavor but the apricot sauce was nice and tangy, helping to cut some of the richness. The pecan was nutty and went well with the whipped cream it came with. Caramelized taste was great and the amount of pecans were just right. The creme brulees sugar top was a bit too thick but otherwise the texture was super delicate without being too loose.

What a great way to end our girls day out. The food was phenomenal! None of us had ever tried a Souffle before. The souffle and the bread all came out piping hot! Super fresh. Our server, Appy, was great!! She provided timely and friendly service. She made nice recommendations on what to order. The atmosphere was very cute and elegant. We had a fabulous time!!
